Resident ID must be shown to receive resident rate. Cancellations will be charged a 10% administrative fee (minimum 48 hours notice). All pool rules apply. Alcohol/smoking is not permitted anywhere on Village property. Payment is a full at the time of submission. The Village of Libertyville reserves the right to cancel or reschedule. 

RAIN POLICY: If thunder and/or lightning are detected in the area before your party, we will try to reschedule for a mutually acceptable date, or a refund will be given. If thunder and/or lightning are detected in the area during your party, the appropriate pro-rated refund will be given. Certificate of Insurance must be placed on file before the event.
